Kids - Kooks cover of MGMT’s Kids
Not to bad. I prefer MGMT’s version better, but the Kooks did a nice acoustic job on this.
Oh and speaking of MGMT’s “Kids”. I had a MGMT war (if you will) with some guy at a stoplight Wednesday afternoon on my way home. He was listening to “Kids” with all his windows down and had it blaring. Then I come along beside him (ipod on shuffle) and right as his is going off, “Weekend Wars” by MGMT comes on my ipod (I, too had my windows down and music blaring…as always. Ha). The next thing I know, I hear “Yeeeaaaahhh!”. I looked over at this guy and he had a rock fist in the air towards me. Hahaha. Talking about bonding with a complete stranger based on the music you play/listen too. :) I felt like I was in a movie or something. So funny. Haha.
